WalkiePuppy User Agreement

Welcome to download, install, and use the mobile application WalkiePuppy developed by Beijing Fubian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we/us”). Please read and fully understand the contents of this Agreement before using this application. Unless you have accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you do not have the right to download, install, or use this application. Your download, installation, and use will be regarded as your complete acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The final interpretation right of this Agreement belongs to Beijing Fubian Technology Co., Ltd. This Agreement takes effect from the time you click “Agree” or first use this application.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please carefully read the entire content of this Agreement before starting to use this application.

2. Service Content

This application aims to enhance users’ quality of healthy living by encouraging users to go outside for walks and take care of pets. Specific functions include but are not limited to:
- Pet Care Gameplay: Users collect dog food while walking, feed virtual pets, and make them stronger.
- Social Interaction: Users can add friends, compare daily feeding amounts, or compete in pet battles to seize dog food.
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service content at any time without prior notice to users.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have full civil capacity to register and use this application.
If you are a minor, you must use this application under the guidance and consent of a guardian.

4. Account Registration and Security

When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. If the information changes, you should update it promptly.
You are responsible for protecting the security of your account information (including username and password) and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Company immediately.

5. User Conduct

When using this application, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

You must not use this application to engage in any unlawful, infringing, threatening national security, disclosing state secrets, harassing, defaming, or slandering others.
You must not upload, post, transmit any information that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or incites crime.
You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of others.
You must not use this application for commercial promotion, advertising, or any form of marketing activities.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this application by any technical means.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of this application and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, data, audio, and video) belong to the Company or its licensors.
Without the prior written consent of the Company, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, or otherwise use the aforementioned content in any form.

7. Privacy Policy

The Company places great importance on user privacy protection. Please refer to the WalkiePuppy Privacy Policy. Using this application indicates your acceptance of all the contents of this Privacy Policy.
We commit not to sell or disclose your personal information to any unrelated third parties, except as required by laws and regulations.

8. Disclaimer

All content of this application is for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for any professional advice.
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the Company’s control, but will make efforts to minimize any resulting loss and impact.
The Company does not bear any responsibility for losses caused by the user’s own reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this application.
The Company is not responsible for any transactions or interactions conducted by users through this application.

10. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

The Company has the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time and publish the updated Agreement within the application. Once the updated Agreement is published, it replaces the original Agreement. Continuing to use the application after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If you do not agree with the updated Agreement, please stop using the application immediately. If you continue to use the application after the privacy policy update, it is considered that you accept the updated policy.
The Company reserves the right to terminate all or part of the services of this application based on its own considerations at any time, without any responsibility to users.

11. Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, both parties should resolve them through friendly consultations. If consultations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with a People’s Court having jurisdiction in the location of the Company.

12. Other Terms

If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other clauses.
The titles of the clauses are for ease of reading only and do not have legal significance.
